Delete your account

This page is public. You do not need to sign in.

You can delete your account and the personal information associated with it. If you use the Services through an organization, that organization generally controls its records. You can still ask us to delete your account.

How to delete your account

• In the app. Open account settings and use the control to delete your account.
• By email. Write to hello@cubeandcurve.com with the subject “Delete my account.” Include your organization and the work email on the account.
• Through your organization. Ask your organization to remove your access.

We aim to respond within 30 days. We may ask your organization to confirm the request before we delete records it controls.

What we delete

We delete the account and the personal information associated with it, except what is listed below.

What we keep

• Records your organization directs us to keep
• Information we must keep for a legal reason
• Copies in backups, until those backups age out on their rolling schedule
